Position 1: Sales representative

Job spec:

  • Outbound Sales: Proactively research, prospect, qualify, and close deals with new prospects
  • Create and conduct remote software demonstrations with new prospects
  • Outbound and strategic prospecting/lead generation
  • Achieving monthly and quarterly
  • Using feedback during the sales process to provide insight to the team
  • Handover closed deals to the onboarding team

We need a dynamic and competitive team player, who can handle the pressures of target-driven sales in new regions. Needs to be enthusiastic about working in a start-up environment.

Requirements:

  • Prior sales experience and proven track record is required
  • Experience managing and closing end to end sales cycles
  • Strong people and communication skills (telephonic and email) – we need someone with energy and hustle
  • A passion and understanding of technology (not technical skills per se, but “TECH SAVVY”)
  • Passion for fitness and fitness facility management
  • “Thick skin” 😉

The offer:
Basic salary + commission structure will be discussed with the short list of final candidates interviewed
Travel for business – flights and car rental will be paid for

Position 2: Client service representative

Job spec:

  • Responding and attending to client queries
  • Feedback to tech support on tech-related issues
  • Assisting the team with client-related tasks
  • Communicating with existing clients systematically on a regular basis to ensure satisfaction, proper use and understanding of the platform

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Strong interest in technology and proficient computer skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong problem solving/troubleshooting skills
  • Systematic approach to tasks and comms
  • Friendly, confident and well spoken
  • Proactive and able to work well within a team

Position 3: Admin assistant

Job spec:

  • Supporting the team on their admin needs in acquiring, onboarding and supporting clients
  • Executive assistant to Mark Fawzy (Managing Director)

  • Assisting in BoxChamp month-end calculations and client invoicing

  • Assistance in gathering and compiling monthly team performance and KPI reports

  • Assisting in marketing activations and promotions at events and clients

Requirements:

  • Strong admin skills
  • Administration of Excel and proficient computer skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Well spoken
  • Go-getter attitude
  • Proactive and able to work well within a team
