Position 1: Sales and onboarding

Job spec:

  • Target-driven sales (acquiring and onboarding new gyms on our platform locally and internationally)
  • Onboarding (set up/education/training of new facilities joining)
  • On-going client service

We need a dynamic and competitive team player, who can handle the pressures of dealing with and managing clients and client queries, while training and setting up new clients.

Requirements:

  • Strong people and communication skills (telephonic and email) – we need someone with energy and hustle
  • A passion and understanding of technology (not technical skills per se, but “TECH SAVVY”)
  • Passion for fitness and fitness facility management
  •  Proactive problem solver with a positive can-do attitude

The offer:
Basic salary + commission structure will be discussed with the short list of final candidates interviewed
Travel for business – flights and car rental will be paid for with daily allowance
Annual Leave – 15 days

 

 

Position 2: Office admin and team support

Job spec:

  • Behind the scenes work on client queries
  • Support onboarding new clients (assisting sales people behind the scenes)
  • Executing admin tasks

Requirements:

  • General admin and logistics arrangements
  • Administration of Excel and basic computer skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Well spoken
  • Go-getter attitude
  • Proactive and able to work well within a team

The offer:
Basic salary – experience-dependent
Office bound
Annual Leave – 15 days
